Healthy bodies and healthy minds are what we are aiming to create!
Along with PE two times a week for 45 min, the students in Room 21 will be practicing fitness with their teacher. We have a beautiful track at Kawana Springs. Room 21 will put it to good use as we get our bodies prepared for next year's fitness testing!
In addition to keeping our bodies fit, we will be keeping our minds and emotions in check by having class meetings daily to talk about wonderful as well as challenging things going on in our lives. We will also have regular lessons from our school counselor and school psychologist to help us with self esteem, how to communicate successfully and social emotional issues.
